the 'honeymoon'

we are not going on an official 'honeymoon.' the move to florida IS our honeymoon. it is actually going to be fun -- going on our first trip together, starting a whole new life, a roadtrip adventure, getting a tour of the east coast, sneaking the cat (my baby-kitty, Gibson) into our hotels along the way, taking turns driving the truck...

the 2 bummers:

1. we won't be riding in the same vehicle because we will need to drive one of our cars down there, tow the other one, and drive the moving truck.

2. unpacking when we get there, all tired and worn out -- from the drive down, of course ;)

for those that have asked:
we are moving to the Ft. Lauderdale/Pompano Beach area -- yes, i picked the palm trees for our wedding page because that is where we are headed -- which is north of Miami on the east coast of florida.

Ooooooooooo, you go girl! Yeah it is a bummer that you have to drive seperate cars and unpack, but just think of all the time you will have together afterwards! And hey, you don't have to have an "official" honeymoon...your honeymoon is in your backyard!!!

I'm jealous re: living near the beach...I pray that your life does indeed feel like one big honeymoon ;)

And even when it doesn't and the beach isn't cutting it anymore, you can always call me...and we'll laugh and cry together :)
